The house offers 2 apartments to choose from: "active" on the top floor for 4 people, and "family" on the first floor with room for 5–6 guests (plus a cot on request). What makes us special: the "family" apartment has a large dining table and plenty of tableware, so you can spend cosy evenings with friends and family — while still being able to retreat to your own apartment.

The house is the ideal base for the largest and best ski areas in the Alps (St. Anton/Lech/Zürs, Ischgl, Fiss-Ladis), but there are also small, family-friendly ski areas nearby. In summer, countless activities, hiking routes, bike parks, MTB tours, mountain huts and via ferratas are all within 30 minutes.
